Shipping Policy

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We only ship  to Canadian addresses. We ship to the 10 provinces specifically.
We are not able to ship to the Territories.
Note: Locations that are isolated islands and or a remote destinations we may not be able to ship to economically and reserve the right to refund your order.

TURNAROUND
All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days upon receiving your order hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
Holiday Season Closure – From December 24th to January 2nd your orders will be placed, but your order will be shipped following the holiday closure.

CARRIERS
Although we may offer Purolator shipping as a more economical option for you to choose on checkout, your order will be most likely shipped by Canpar Courier services. If it is more efficient to ship your order by pallet we may use LTL freight services to ship your order,
We may use any of the following carriers at our discretion for shipping: Canpar, Purolator, Canada Post or TST Overland & various other LTL Freight couriers.

SHIPPING RATES
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to proceed with your order or not.

ORDER TRACKING
With all shipping services we will provide you with tracking numbers once your order has shipped.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS
On our website, Items not in stock are available to purchase on backorder with estimated dates*
When placing an order which contains backordered item(s) – In stock items will be shipped, while your backordered item(s) will be shipped as they become available.
With backorders, you are placed in cue for the backordered item(s). Once back in stock, and your next in cue, your item(s) will be shipped out.
* ETA dates: Items may be restocked but backorders can become greater than new stock replenishment, pushing the date further.

Returns Policy

Our refund policy is 15 Days.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a return

  1. You must contact us by email first at info@electricfencecanada.ca
  2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  3. It must also be in the original packaging.

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) send us an email at info@electricfencecanada.ca
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
Our products are shipped within Canada using the following carriers:  Purolator or Canada Post.
To return your product, you should ship your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product Warranty

All stated product warranties are solely the responsibility of the original manufacturer. If you have a valid warranty claim, please make it directly with the original manufacturer. If you require information, a receipt and/or contact information for claims purposes please contact us directly by email.  Applicable warranty varies by product and/or type and is indicated for reference only in the product description’s page. Electric Fence Canada is not liable for omissions, changes and/or errors with the stated warrantied product information on our website.
